Only emergency repairs will be accepted informally but must be confirmed in writing as soon as possible. An emergency repair is only necessary if there is a fault/damage that is likely to cause injury, undue inconvenience or which makes the premises unsafe or insecure. Some examples are listed below:

During after hours you can contact us on our after hours mobile in your Tenant Welcome pack – (Please ensure you provide your name, number, address and reason for the emergency call if the phone isn’t answered straight away).
