Grand Ave State School EKKA Fun Day

By Alanna Ngo

Ray White Forest Lake was invited to hold a stall at the Grand Ave State School EKKA Fun Day last Wednesday 12th August (Public Holiday). The EKKA Fun Day is a mini version of the Brisbane Ekka, it’s a day to be with the local community and have some fun.

Rides, show bags, animals, army trucks, games, competitions, live music and food.. all for everyone to enjoy. I was trilled to see our Ray White balloons and goody bags everywhere you looked. We also had free face painting, so there were children everywhere with our beautiful face painted artwork.

As you have seen in previous events, we love to hold competitions for a chance to win Ray White bikes. This year we have little kids matching vintage bikes which all the kiddies ran up and were excited to win! There were over 200 entries, the winner was drawn Friday 14th August.

Congratulations to Joy and her family for winning two Ray White bikes. We hope to you see you cruising around the lake! 🙂
