Thanh’s ability and passion stem from his cross cultural acceptance and diversity.  As dinkum and true blue as any other Aussie with a the added sprinkling of larrikin. A simple ethos that the first job of a real estate agent is to provide information and solutions. 

In simple terms, ‘his handshake is his word’, and in truth, it is how we should be judged and all that should be necessary to conduct a successful business.  He is also deeply loyal, respectful and most of all has a healthy dose of humility being Eastern traits that are appreciated across all cultural boundaries. His family orientation is strong – his wife Alanna (who is also a driving force in the Ray White business) and his 3 children are his other successes.

From humble beginnings Thanh demonstrated commitment, working side by side with his family in market gardening gaining an understanding that not only is common sense not all that common, but that real success only comes from a foundation of hard work, ethics and ‘doing the right thing.’  

An interest in real estate came early when he watched Real Estate property market TV shows before primary school. After years in the banking industry Thanh wanted to leap into his passion, he began his real estate career in 2003 within the Ray White Group. 

Thanh believes it is important to identify ‘success’ – that ‘being successful’ means different things to different people and not necessarily related to money.  Thanh’s success comes through his devotion to family, his loyalty and protection of friends together with providing repeat service to clients, customers and being supportive to those that also share his strong principles and work beside him.  

The opportunity to take up his own real estate business presented itself in 2010 and the saying that “business is simple, it just isn’t easy” is appropriate of these early years.  Providing a quality all-encompassing property service 365 days of the year requires far more than the simple ability to ‘have a chat’ about property.  Thanh can certain ‘have a chat’ – with that chat being in your choice of several languages, but the service he provides through his Ray White business is far more than multi-lingual, Thanh, with the devotion and help of his wife Alanna has taken the business to now be ranked in the top 20% of all offices across the state.  

He and his family are all lifelong residents of the South West regions of Brisbane and Ipswich.  Thanh has achieved through example exceptional local market knowledge and a highly principled code of conduct that he and his team deliver across his Ray White property services .
